Mr. Williams's work experience spans 19 years in the geosciences industry including management and professional staff positions in petroleum exploration, environmental/geotechnical consultation and state regulatory compliance. His range of project experience includes leaking underground storage tank (UST) assessment, estate transaction environmental assessment, North Carolina Department of Transportation geotechnical investigation, soil and groundwater assessment, project health and safety oversight, State of North Carolina compliance regulation and management of petroleum hydrocarbon well logging team.

Mr. Williams's responsibilities at Mountain Environmental Services include senior project review and oversight, co-ordination of field assessment activities, analytical data interpretation, state underground storage tank and groundwater regulatory compliance, client acquisition and client base maintenance.
