Professional Qualifications: Mr. Suddath has 25 years of environmental consulting experience, primarily in wastewater treatment and effluent water distribution, and environmental site assessments. His project experience includes: managing a 5 county Water Quality Master Plan for the Tampa Bay Area (funded by EPA); managing a major expansion of the Pinellas County Water System ($60 mil) including 20 miles of 84", 72", and 60" pipe, a 65 MOD pumping station and a 25 MGD pumping and system control station; managing a major expansion of St. Petersburg wastewater treatment and effluent reuse system ($25 mil); managing an aquifer storage and recovery project of the Upper Guadeloupe River Authority (first in Texas); managing cost of service studies for water a wastewater systems in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, and Laredo, Texas. His experience environmental site assessments is extensive, including approximately 60 Phase I ESA's. Mr. Suddath's responsibilities at Mountain Environmental Services include business development, Phase I and II ESA's, and project plan reviews.
