Professional Qualifications:

Mr. Kimel has over 15 years of environmental experience including managerial responsibilities and field operations. Experience includes extensive regulatory compliance interpretation and communication with North Carolina regulatory officials and clients in the following disciplines; Solid and Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank, Super Fund, Low Level Nuclear Waste, and Emergency Spill Response. As the Division Manager of two previous environmental contracting companies and current President of Mountain Environmental Services, Inc., Mr. Kimel has been involved with the marketing, cost estimating, budget tracking, project coordination, and field supervision of numerous projects in the Southeast US.

As President of Mountain Environmental Services, Inc., Mr. Kimel is responsible for the vision of corporate growth, personnel, client marketing, and day-to-day management of the corporate office. He provides oversight and overall management and direction of all projects through the supervision of the senior consulting staff.
