Professional Qualifications: Mr. Kowaluk has 14 years of environmental consulting experience as a field supervisor/technician and project manager. His previous job responsibilities have included emergency spill response, installation and maintenance of soil and groundwater remediation systems, remediation system pilot testing, supervision of monitoring well recovery well installations, collection of multi-media environmental samples, coordination and oversight of s- excavations and disposals, cleaning and removal of underground and above-ground storage tanks, and hazardous/non-hazardous drum sampling. Mr. Kowaluk's responsibilities at Mountain Environmental Services include management and oversight of fie projects such as emergency spill responses, underground storage tank closures, environmental sampling, soil remediation, tank cleanings, and waste transportation and disposal. As a project manager, he is responsible for preparation of proposals, management of project budgets, scheduling and management of subcontractors, communication with clients, and communication with regulatory agencies.
